    She brings innovation, creative skills and problem solving, inspiring us to be our best selves. She prioritises the well-being of our team, cultivating connection and growth so everyone feels valued and empowered to create their best work… like a plant mom, but for people. The driving force behind Rise, her commitment to our goals propels us forward, and her ability to motivate is on another level (we’re convinced she could inspire a cactus to do yoga).

    As an integrator, Mel cuts through the nitty-gritty details to synthesise everything into a cohesive whole. Her sharp organisational skills and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to our team. She collaborates closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly and on track… Without Mel our meetings would be like a bad game of telephone, where the message starts as 'Let's innovate' and ends up as 'Let's all buy matching jackets'.

    Anna Teia is a highly experienced Recruiter with a passion for connecting talented professionals with startups, scale-ups, and enterprises.

    With 10 years of experience in the IT, Medicine, Construction, Retail, B2C, B2B, and Finance industries, Anna has a proven track record of delivering successful recruitment solutions for clients working across Australasia, Europe, and MENA countries.

    Anna is adept at developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

    Anna is passionate about helping people and companies to build strong relationships and succeed.

    In her free time, Anna enjoys traveling across Australia and Europe, hiking, and doing active sports. Anna is committed to making a positive impact in both her personal and professional life and is always looking for ways to grow and evolve.
